Feedback – Low-budget recipes from surplus food

Feedback is an amazing organisation dedicated to creating a more sustainable, equitable food system, and run campaigns such as the Pig Idea, The Gleaning Network, the Supermarket Scorecard, and many more, as well as helping organise Disco Soups.

I was commissioned by Feedback to produce 3 short videos – each one sharing with viewers a low-budget recipe made using some of the most widely wasted food items in Europe – bread, potatoes and offal. The videos include facts on the issue of food waste, and advice on how we can go about reducing it.
